Need a big building up fast? West Force specialises in tilt panel buildings, like the superstructures designed and built at the Beenyup Advance Water Recycling Plant.

Tilt panel construction is an effective and efficient method of putting up large buildings. The base slab is poured, then the wall frames are laid out horizontally across it with a brick base. Within the frames the reinforcement bar criss-crosses the span before concrete is poured and set. Once the concrete dries, to wall is tilted upright and set into place.

Sounds incredibly simple? That’s because it is. But simple doesn’t mean easy and it takes expertise to execute this method safely. Westforce is highly proficient and delivered two of these huge buildings as well as three steel process buildings, landscaping and roadworks for the water recycling plant with a total project value of $5.8 million.
