Industry Feature: Talis Civil

Talis Civil

Talis Civil makes running for your life attractive.

Penrith is on the traditional route from Sydney to the Blue Mountains, and is famous for having the largest panther population in Australia.

In order for the local inhabitants to train to outrun the panthers, Talis Civil was contracted by the Penrith City Council to undertake works to create a new Shared Path along Tench Avenue by the Nepean River.

Talis Civil constructed a wide new concrete footpath for locals to improve their cardio, with new kerbs and gutters to practise leaping, fencing and bollards to impede the panthers, and bus stops and car park bays for when a quick escape is needed.

Running for your life has never been so comfortable, thanks to Talis Civil, and Pronamics is proud to work with them.

(Note: this article was written in jest, and in tribute to a Pronamics employee who is a die-hard fan of the Penrith Panthers.)
