New Features

  • The Sundry Element allocated cost code quantity are now displayed in the Sundry Cost Code Allocation window.
  • Unused resources can now be excluded from the Estimates To Complete report.
  • Added the ability to base your Cash Flow on your current Code Set.
  • A revised Cash Flow can now be imported from Expert Estimation Genesis.
  • You can now link multiple external files to a single Information Management System item.
  • An additional column has been added to the Cost Codes window, allowing you to specify if the cost code will have its progress calculated based on the progress if the items to which it is allocated. The calculation is performed in the Budget Performance window.
  • SavvyAssist has been expanded, allowing you to see the Claimed Quantities in all Progress Claim windows.
  • SavvyAssist has been expanded, allowing you to see the Progress of an item within in all Progress windows.
  • In all applicable windows SavvyAssist allows you to see the Quantity at Completion dates for the selected item/variation etc.
  • Within the Resource Timesheet window, existing templates can now be modified.
  • An additional report has been added displaying the Cost Estimate for Variations.
  • In the Recorded Progress reports, added the ability to define dates so that progress for a particular period can be reported.
  • The Budget Performance window now displays the Earned Quantity value.
  • All browse windows have the ability to zoom the text by using the Ctrl + Mousewheel.
  • Within the Budget Performance window the ability has been added to create defines that are specific to record dates.
  • An option has been to the General tab allowing the menu items associated with windows that are made unavailable via security to be hidden.
  • Added the ability to have multiple cost code owners by entering a | or , after each owner.
  • Added the ability to rename your Resource Timesheet Templates.
  • The Period Quantity, Total and Rate information can be displayed in the Budget Performance window.
  • The number of shared licences currently being used and to whom they are allocated can now be viewed within the Expert Project Toolbox.
  • The creation of Parents and Children has been added to the Contract and Overhead item windows.
  • Added the ability to see each different resource rate within the Resource Usage report as well as the average rate as was shown previously.
  • Added the ability to automatically map the columns within the Special Paste window, when the column headings are on the clipboard.
  • Added the ability to see the remaining value to subcontract packages as Committed Costs in the Budget Performance window.
  • The retention values for Progress claims can now be entered as a percentage.
  • Added a usage tree for resources within the Resource Explorer.
  • Added a Row Selector to the Budget Performance window accessible from the Context Menu.
  • Added the ability to confirm any Cost Code Quantity at Completion changes that will occur as effect of modifying the allocations.

  • Further Expanded on SavvyHelp component into all windows of the application.
  • Added tooltips to the Project Status window.
  • Added the ability to resize the Item properties dialogue in the IMS window.
  • Added the ability to create subcategories in the IMS window via Paste Special.
  • Added a caption in the Calendar window allowing you to easily see the month you are looking at.
  • Added the ability to review multiple Cost Codes at once.
  • Moved the Calendar window options dialogue into the Options window.
  • Enhanced the list of windows controlled by server security.
  • Added the Quantity to Date (#Q2D) and Quantity At Complete (#QAC) values as automatic local defines within the Estimate to Complete window to augment the existing Quantity to Complete (#Q2C) define.
  • Added the ability to customise the column grouping colours within the Budget Performance window.
  • Added the ability to undo and redo within the Sundry Explorer window.
  • Increased the amount of information imported from Expert Estimation Genesis and XML files.
  • Changed the colour options within the Budget Performance report to match the colours displayed in the window.

Bug Fix

  • Resolved an issue where copying and pasting a second cost record would cause an error message.
  • Resolved a display issue when switching back and forth between record dates in the Variation Progress window.
  • Resolved an issue where selecting a specific image from the images window would not navigate to the selected image.
  • Resolved an issue that would cause IMS information to not be displayed in the Find In Project window.
  • Resolved an issue where new INFO pages could not be created.
  • Resolved an error caused by closing the Paste Special dialogue in the Resource Timesheet window.
  • Resolved an issue where the application would crash when an invalid character was entered in the licencing dialogue.
  • Resolved an issue where importing a security profile would cause an error.
  • Resolved an issue where in some situations the sundry and variation values would not be displayed in the Budget Performance window.
  • Resolved an issue where the Sundry items that do not have an allocation were not being calculated in the BCWP calculation.
  • Resolved an issue where column titles were not being included in the Special Copy operation.
  • Resolved a number of issues causing certain windows to not inherit any terminology changes made in the options window.
  • Resolved an issue where changing record dates while there are invalid Cost Code Allocations would cause an error.
  • Resolved an issue where keyboard shortcuts would not work in the Cost To Date Entry window.
  • Resolved an issue where the Record Date columns were overlapping in the Project Status report.
  • Resolved an issue where enabling Project Backups upon the 1st installation on a machine would cause an error.
  • Resolved an issue where the Lead In Date could be entered after the Lead Out Date in the Progress Over Time window.
  • Resolved an issue where rapidly changing the sorting options within the Cost Record Subset window displayed duplicate records.
  • A number of reported and unreported bugs have also been resolved.
