New Features
- An option has been added allowing you to open the Welcome window after it has been closed.
- For a project with security enabled, a reminder will now display when closing the application five (5) days prior to your password expiring. The expiry date of the password is also now shown on the Workflow window.
- Added the ability to insert a Quantity to Complete define in an Estimate to Complete Cost Estimate.
- The setting of the reviewed status can now be controlled via security.
- The ability to enter the proportion as a percentage has been added to the Materials on Site window by using the % key after entering a value.
- An option has been added to never show the Delete the Original Project option when moving projects via project utilities.
- The Progress Claim Summary window now allows you to lock the progress claim’s quantities.
- Implemented SavvyAssist, a helper window that displays the list contents of any selected cell. (Accessible by pressing Shift + F1)
- Started the transition to SavvyHelp, we are transitioning to SavvyHelp over this and the next release. For this release, we have concentrated on areas that we felt required more help (Accessible by pressing the standard help shortcut key, F1 in windows in which it is implemented).
Application Enhancements
- Changed the name of the Recent Projects window to the Welcome window.
- Changed the default size of the Cost Estimate Budget Recalculation window as it was too big for the columns.
- Changed the formatting of reports so that there are now commas in larger values.
- Added a minimum size for the main window to ensure no information is cut off.
- Removed the warning message indicating that there are zero cost records that don’t have a Work Area Reference assigned.
- Improved the readability of the Summarise Resources (Activated by pressing the Summary Resources button on the bottom left of the Cost Record Subset Results window).
- Added the ability to double click on a result in the Find in Projects window and have the result displayed.
- An option has been added, allowing you to clear the values in the cost code allocation window.
- Added an option in the Budget performance section of the Options window to remove the reviewed status if the value of the estimate to complete is modified.
- The Subcontractor Management window now has a column indicating where the items appear in the project.
- Expanded the number of Cost records that can be loaded in the Cost Explorer window.
- Added list options to the Unit and Owner columns of the Sundry Progress claim window.
- Added keyboard shortcuts to add and delete lot types within the Quality Assurance – Lot Types window.
- Modified the Progress Claim Summary report to display individual values for Contract, Variation and Sundry items claimed.
- Further modifications have been made to the Cost Estimate calculation to make it faster.
Bug Fix
- Resolved an issue where the toolbar was not updating when moving between Cost Estimates.
- Fixed an issue where opening two copies of the same Cost Estimate windows would result in the window locking and making it unable to close.
- Fixed an issue where clicking on certain items in the Project Action list would cause the application to crash.
- Resolved an issue where pressing the print button in multiple windows would cause an error.
- Resolved an issue where changing the column width would cut off the column name.
- Resolved multiple issues relating to opening a project and closing a project in quick succession.
- Fixed multiple issues relating to making a record date read-only.
- Fixed an issue where the Progress Claim notes were not saved with the correct progress Claim.
- Fixed an issue where the Update from Clipboard window was displaying the Paste Special information.
- Resolved an issue where the New Record Date option captions were displaying the incorrect information.
- Fixed an issue where the “I AM” prompt was not reading the settings correctly when Never prompt me again is selected.
- Resolved an issue where using Paste Cell would cause the application to crash under certain circumstances.
- Resolved an issue where not all fields were searched when using Find in Project.
- A number of other reported and unreported issues have also been resolved.
