EXPAND AND COLLAPSE ALL
See information when and where you need it
When working with a large number of header items and subitems, you may find it useful to use the Expand and Collapse all feature.
Right-click on the schedule and select ‘collapse all’ to collapse all items to the most basic level. In this project, for example, we now see only the header items.
Right-click to select ‘expand all’ to expand the schedule to the most expanded level.
Note there are shortcut keys for both of these commands as you can see here.
